PESSAT 2024 Exam Pattern

The question paper shall incorporate questions of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. There will be four different sections wherein Physics and Mathematics sections will encompass 60 questions each and Chemistry and English section will comprise of 40 and 20 questions respectively. Only Multiple Choice Objective Type questions will be asked in the examination. Candidates have to choose one correct option out of a total of four options for each question.

Duration: 180 minutes

Format: Multiple Choice Objective Type

Negative Marking: There is no negative marking in PESSAT 2024.

PESSAT Syllabus 2024

The syllabus of the PESSAT 2024 exam has been released by PES University. The syllabus consists of class 11 and 12 topics of the CBSE pattern. Candidates can prepare for the PESSAT 2024 exam using NCERT textbooks or any other book as per the CBSE class 11 and 12 syllabus. It is advised that students follow only the required syllabus as questions in the exam are asked only within the prescribed syllabus and pattern.
