The TS EAMCET 2025 engineering stream exam was conducted in two shifts on May 2, 3, and 4. Candidates can check TS EAPCET exam analysis for the 2025 session.

TS EAMCET 2025 May 3 Shift 2 Exam Analysis

Overall, the paper was easy to moderate

  • Maths - The Maths section was easy to moderate. 
  • Physics was moderate, with concept and moderate-level questions. 
  • Chemistry was easy to moderate, with a balanced level of questions. 

TS EAMCET 2025 May 3 Shift 1 Exam Analysis

  • Maths: The Maths section of TS EAMCET May 3 first shift was considered easy to moderate. Of the 80 questions, 40 were easy and manageable, making it a scoring section for well-prepared candidates. About 20 questions were moderately difficult, while 20 were slightly more challenging. Overall, candidates, especially those strong in calculus and algebra. 
  • ChemistryThe chemistry section was easy to moderate and had straightforward questions, leaning towards NCERT-based questions. It included 20 easy, 10 moderate, and 10 difficult questions.
  • Physics- The physics section was moderate, comprising 10 easy, 20 moderate, and 10 challenging questions.

TS EAMCET 2025 May 2 Shift 2 paper analysis

TS EAMCET 2025 May 2 shift 2 paper difficulty level Maths section -

  • Difficulty Level -  Moderate
  • Key Topics - Trigonometry, Circles, Vectors, Functions, etc, 
  • Overall analysis -  The section was lengthy and covered complex calculations. Calculus was lengthy. The coordinate geometry questions were doable. However, the difficulty level was less compared to first shift.

TS EAMCET 2025 May 2 shift 2 paper difficulty level Chemistry section -

  • Difficulty level - easy to moderate
  • Key topics - biomolecules, D&F block elements, electrochemistry, redox reactions, etc. 
  • Overall analysis - Chemistry was the easiest of all. Many questions were doable and conceptual. Inorganic chemistry was easy. Some students observed that certain topics were repeated from previous years' papers, which aided in their preparation.

TS EAMCET 2025 May 2 shift 2 paper difficulty level Physics section -

  • Difficulty level - moderate
  • Key topics - ray optics, laws of motion, electromagnetic waves, work power and energy 
  • Overall analysis - Physics was moderate. Few questions were tricky and confusing, mainly questions from thermodynamics and optics. Students noted that a strong understanding of fundamental concepts was essential to tackle this section effectively

TS EAMCET 2025 May 2 Shift 1 paper analysis

The TS EAMCET 2025 May 2 shift 1 paper was overall moderate to difficult. Experts have compared the question paper to JEE Main paper level. Here is a section-wise analysis below- 

Maths section -

  • Difficulty Level -  Moderate to Difficult
  • Key Topics - Algebra, Calculus, Vectors & 3D Geometry, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry
  • Overall analysis -  The section was lengthy and required careful time management. Around 30+ questions were tricky to solve. 

Chemistry section -

  • Difficulty level - easy to moderate
  • Key topics - Atomic Structure, Hydrocarbons, Chemical Equilibrium, s-Block and p-Block Elements. Organic and physical chemistry had more weightage. 
  • Overall analysis - Chemistry was relatively straightforward, with many questions based on NCERT concepts, allowing students to attempt this section confidently. Around 30+ questions were easy to solve. 

Physics section -

  • Difficulty Level - Moderate to Difficult
  • Key Topics - Mechanics, Current Electricity, Heat & Thermodynamics, Wave & Optics, Modern Physics
  • Overall analysis-Physics was perceived as tougher than previous years. Around 25+ questions were tough and complicated to solve.
