MAHE will open MET slot booking 2026 facility online for all registered candidates. Through online slot booking, candidates can book preferred exam slot. It is important for candidates to complete MET slot booking as early as possible, to get preferred exam slot. MAHE will allot slots according to preference and availability. If slots are not booked before final date, then authorities will allot it according to availability. Candidates can check details of allotted exam slots through MET admit card 2026.

MET OTBS password will not be sent individually to the students. The OTBS password to access the MET slot booking facility is the student's date of birth, in the DDMMYYYY format. Using the MET OTBS password and application number, they can login and book their slots.

MET is an annual exam conducted in two sessions to select students for BTech admissions into its participating campuses. Students have to qualify the entrance exam to be eligible for admissions. One or both sessions of the entrance exam can be attempted.

The authorities do not consider any other exam score for MET admissions. All students will have to attempt and qualify the MET exam to be eligible for admission into the participating campuses. However, the basic 12th standard qualifying exam mark eligibility has to be met.

Admissions are not guaranteed to students if MET cutoff is met. Since other factors are also involved in allotment, just meeting cutoff may not be enough. However, it will give them higher chances of admission into their preferences.
