
SRMJEEE Exam Pattern 2026: The SRM Institute of Science and Technology has released the exam pattern of SRMJEEE 2026 exam. As per the SRMJEEE 2026 exam pattern, there will be total 130 multiple choice questions (MCQ) in the exam of 1 mark each. The SRMJEEE exam will be held in online, remote proctored mode. Students can take the exam from anywhere via their personal laptops/computers installed with a web camera.

Thus, the candidate will be under constant vigilance of proctor through live feed to deter any suspicious activity of the candidate.
Latest Changes in SRMJEEE Exam Pattern
The SRMJEEE exam pattern has been changed recently. Instead of answering 125 questions, students must now solve 130 questions. The structure is also changed; earlier, where five sections, but now there are four.
The English and Aptitude sections is merged into one combined section, which includes 20 questions. Previously, there were 5 questions in English and 10 in Aptitude, and they were treated as two separate sections.
Rest of SRMJEEE 2026 exam pattern remains same. Math/Biology section has 40 questions, while Physics and Chemistry sections contains 35 questions each.
Scoring will be consistent with last year’s rules; each correct answer there will be no penalties for wrong answers. In total, the exam is worth 130 marks, compared to 125 in the past, and the duration remains at 2 hours and 30 minutes.
