JKBOSE 12th Exam Pattern 2026: The JKBOSE 12th Exam Pattern 2026 has been provided below for the students. The Class 12 JK Board exams are expected to be conducted between February 15 and March 24, 2026 for soft and hard zones areas. Students need to score at least 35% marks to clear the examinations. Students appearing in the JKBOSE Class 12 examinations must go through the examination pattern for better preparation for the exams.

Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has revised the JKBOSE 12th passing criteria and assessment scheme. As per the updated norms, the students need to secure a minimum of 36% marks out of 100 in each paper (including theory and internal assessment/practicals) to clear the JKBOSE 12th exams.

Q:   What if I am not able to pass the JKBOSE 12th exams?

Students who are unable to clear the JKBOSE 12th board examinations in the first attempt get a second and last chance to appear for the exams. JKBOSE 12th board conducts Class 12 supplementary exams in August/September. The board will release the notification for the JKBOSE 12th supplementary exam soon after the JKBOSE 12th result declaration. Students have to apply for the supplementary exam by paying the required fees.
