Schools affiliated with the Bihar Board release application forms for students who want admission to the intermediate Board. Students who have passed Class 10 can fill up these forms for admission into Class 11. However, many schools also offer direct admission to their class 11. Students who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be required to fill out the admission form before the deadline. Based on marks obtained by the candidate in the class 10 exam and their eligibility, the schools offer admission.

To pass the Bihar Board Inter exams, students must score a minimum of 30% marks in each subject in the theory paper. Bihar Board is expected to publish the BSEB Inter sample question paper 2026 in November/December 2025. The board releases the BSEB 12th model papers 2025-26 for all paper online on its website. As soon as it gets released, the students can download the same from the official website at biharboardonline.com. BSEB 12th model sample paper includes the type of questions asked in the exam. As of yet, the board has not announced that the class 12 board exams will be held twice in a year.
