There are three major streams in JAC 12th exams which are Science, Arts and Commerce. Students who passes JAC 12th exams from JAC Board can apply for admission anywhere in India. Students can also appear for prestegious entrance tests such as JEE Mains, NEET, etc.

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) prescribe the JAC class 12 exam pettern for the students. Students must note that the exam pattern is released in the form of JAC 12th model paper. As per last year's exam pattern, total duration of the JAC 12th exam is three hours for each subject. Students must complete the paper within the given time. The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the Jharkhand Board 12th time table 2025. The board announced the JAC 12th Board exam dates 2025 on December 17, 2024. As per the announced exam date, the JAC class 12 exams 2025 will be conducted from February 11 to March 4, 2025. The JAC 12th practicals will be hold from March 5 to 20, 2025. In 2024, JAC class 12 exams were conducted from February 6, 2024 and February 26, 2024. Exam commenced with the Vocation Subject and concluded with the conduction of Political Science paper.
