JAC 12th Preparation Tips 2026

Students can refer to the preparation tips and tricks below to know the right approach in tackling the JAC Class 12 examinations 2026:

Chalk out a proper schedule: Students must chalk out a proper schedule at least 2-3 months prior to the commencement of examinations to avoid any last-minute hassle. They must also keep some time in handy towards the end for revision.

Give time to important topics: Students must focus on all topics, however, they must read and re-read all the important topics so that they don't miss out on anything from them. Generally, the long-answer type questions and also the short-answer type questions are formed from the important topics and are quite tricky at times.

Revision: Revision is the key. No number of times will ever be enough for revision. Students must ensure that they have ample time towards the end for revision as it is very important to revise all the topics before sitting for the examination.

Divide the Syllabus: Dividing the syllabus into parts would ensure easy preparation for the examinations. Divide the syllabus into slots with a  fixed deadline. Keep your strengths and weaknesses balanced in all the slots so that you don't spend too much time in separate slots. For example, if your Physics and Maths are stronger than Chemistry and Biology, then you must mix and match certain topics of Physics and Chemistry and keep them in a single slot. While Maths can be clubbed with Biology.

Take Regular Breaks: Do not sit and study for long hours as it might reduce your concentration level. Taking planned and proper breaks help with retaining knowledge. Prepare a study routine that suits you. Like if you are an early bird then get up early to study. If you like to study at night, then take a break in the evening to be productive at night. Everybody has different study routine, thus, always follow your own.
